Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

At CGPA IQ (operated by Saffron Labs), we build AI-assisted tools to help students simulate and calculate academic grades. Because our premium features (Saffron Pro Tier upgrades and scan top-ups) grant **instant digital access** and consume server OCR/AI processing credits immediately upon purchase, **all sales are final**.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any completed digital purchases except under the circumstances outlined in Section 2 below.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

We want to ensure a fair and reliable experience. We will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following situations:

Double-Billing: If you were accidentally charged twice for a single upgrade due to a network glitch or payment gateway error, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
Failed Delivery: If you paid for Saffron Pro or a top-up but the transaction failed to unlock the premium status on your account, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue manually within 3 business days of notification.

3. Cancellation of Subscriptions

If you are subscribed to a recurring billing plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time:

You can cancel directly through your user settings dashboard.
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Saffron Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle. No further recurring charges will be made.
We do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining days of a billing cycle after cancellation.

4. How to Request a Refund

To submit a claim under Section 2:

Email us at officeteam.agencyos@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction.
Provide your account email, the **Razorpay Order ID**, and the **Razorpay Payment ID** from your receipt.
Describe the issue you encountered.

Approved refunds will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method (Bank account, Card, UPI, etc.) within 5–7 working days as per standard banking procedures.
